* Observer Status
- Each member municipality or regional district of LMTAC
typically appoints one elected representative and one staff
representative. (LMTAC operating procedures permit members
to appoint up to 2 elected and 2 staff representatives.)
- From the total membership, LMTAC then elects representatives
for each of the five (5) treaty negotiations in which LMTAC
is involved. LMTAC representatives to the treaty tables
report table activity to the wider LMTAC membership, and
along with LMTAC staff, work to address issues arising from
the negotiations.
